Establish and organize a small oil and gas exploration group to seek out high value and low cost oil and gas projects. Prepare capital raise "road shows" and corporate presentations, Participate in "road show" and corporate presentations to engage investors. Evaluate project economics, evaluate technical reports and establish risk parameters for project development. Evaluate acquisition targets. Negotiate financial loans, Negotiate Joint Venture terms and conditions. Negotiate business contracts for services and sales. Review financial results and evaluate for SOX and FCPA criteria. Sign off on all financial and SEC reports. Recruit and lead an efficient technical staff for exploration and development of oil and gas assets. Develop a support team for the proper control and operations of domestic and international offices. As CEO and Chairman of the Board, direct all board meetings and review all Committee Minutes and proposals.
