Daily Duties at Us. Army Recruiting Command:
2014 to present, manages the Operations and Training for Regional Recruiting area while serving as the senior operations enlisted advisor to the commander (CEO) of an organization that covers 7 states, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Island. 2012-2014, served in the same position for the Dallas Recruiting Battalion that covered 22 recruiting centers; in both locations, responsible for the implementation of tactics, techniques, and procedures that focus on the shaping and sustainment of the recruiting force and mission; train and mentor over 1600 recruiters towards successful mission accomplishment; assist in the training of over 200 subordinate leaders; oversee all personnel actions; enforce individual and organizational standards. Advise CEO and provides oversight on all aspects of operations, training, human resources, marketing, advertising, and logistical support while simultaneously directing daily operations for the organization. Coordinate direct support, enforce quality control standards, and facilitate constructive conflict resolution for subordinate unit headquarters and all recruiting offices. Utilize structured self-development programs to lead, manage, train, and evaluate District and Office Managers to build, maintain, and resource high performing cohesive teams. Oversee enlistment processing of approximately 18,000 applicants annually, coordinate enlistment waiver processing and special organizational directives; enforce regulatory compliance in all operational areas. Counsel / mentor Senior Master Trainers, integrate and clarify initial expectations of new talent; review systems that document recruiting force achievements to evaluate organizational and individual performance while enforcing security and safety directives.
