Sales Management, Management Council, Business Development, Recruiting, Team Building. Tapped my 30 yrs experience in the western region; products, markets, customers, and industries, to focus 75% on business development, new key accounts, new markets. The other 25% was sales management and team building. Responsible for motivation, training, coaching, customer service and retention, problem solving, strategic territory management for optimal efficiency and maximizing sales quotas.
