Daily Duties at Advanced Technology Services:
Directs and supervises the activities of an ATS Team at a customer site. Provides team with leadership and total support to ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction. Identifies business growth opportunities associated with the site. Works independently and on site, performing required responsibilities as a self-directed employee, following self-determined daily work plans, developing customer relationships, and directing repair and purchasing decisions on behalf of ATS and the customer on a daily basis. • Interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. • Organizing, overseeing, and successfully managing a P&L for the site business of more than $1.1 million. • Managing and monitoring 10 customer expense accounts totaling $1.4 million; controlling budget inventory levels; maintaining accuracy of inventory records, turns, and other inventory management measurements.
