Daily Duties at Fxi Inc:

Hired to turn around financial and operations negative variances in Operations and Supply Chain functions of Mexico and Border Operations Division; consisting in 4 foam and lamination manufacturing plants to supply the automotive industry. They are located in Mexico City, El Paso, Texas, East Rutherford, New Jersey and Juarez, Mexico areas. Responsible to introduce and deploy SAP MRP system; Operational Excellence implementation by teaching and mentoring Lean Manufacturing tools such as Visual Management, 6 S, Kanban and Breakthrough Deployment.
