Enterprise wide responsibility for the planning and strategic initiatives of the Information Technology Department, Software Development Teams and Project Management Office, ensuring that all technical initiatives were closely aligned with the company’s overall strategic goals. Accountable for overseeing the IT Operating Budget of $28M per year and a Capital Project Portfolio of $60M.
