Partnered with corporate directors/team leaders to ensure accurate, timely, and transparent financial and management reporting. Provided technical accounting and finance guidance to C-Level Executives. Direct reporting responsibility of 8 accounting professionals a well as finance and accounting team of 32. Experience with Asset Based lending as well as bank reporting and cash flow projections. Experience working with 3rd party bank consultants providing financial support to secure bank financing. Lead contact for financial reporting and audited financial statements as well as tax compliance for more than 75 companies. Experience working with C-Level executives on a team to secure the sale of a significant portion of the company's assets. Led teams to produce annual budget as well as forecast models on a department, business unit and consolidated basis. Member of the team tasked to re-organize the company distribution model to outside 3rd party distributor.
