Daily Duties at Adecco Staffing:

• Responsible for keeping up with time, benefits, training and development, counseling, motivating, and compensation, as well as, filling vacancies. • Expected to coordinate recruitment drives with the support of the HR manager. • Involved in liaising with line managers in terms of finding solutions to recruitment issues. • Coordinated operations on a day-to-day basis, and ensured that work is done safely, on time, within budget, and to the right quality standards. • Managed 350+ ETW’s at Nike with multiple shifts and start times • Assisted my department in setting unprecedented profits during peak season 2014-2015 • Increased production by 22%
