Daily Duties at Bank Of America:

Spearheaded work flow element of project targeted to replace existing multi-million dollar mortgage processing operating system in 15 fulfillment locations comprised of 5000 associates. Managed deployment strategy with upstream and downstream businesses including analyzing staffing needs and, creation and execution of success metrics during and after deployment. Consulted training development team on creation of associate training tools supporting systems transition. Launched training to management as needed. Directed weekly capacity and work flow meetings rolling out project status and requirements to impacted businesses and senior leaders.
