Daily Duties at Goldline Controls:

 Hired to reposition and rebrand Goldine Controls and build all marketing operations from the ground up. Successfully re-positioned the company from a technology start-up to a market leader in advanced, intelligent luxury pool products and backyard/home automation.  Launched the first direct consumer marketing campaigns while rebuilding and expanding trade marketing. Campaigns: advertising, public relations, video, retail packaging and displays, web, marketing materials, etc.  Managed company’s private label business - revitalized, reorganized and developed retail brands.  Implemented systems for cross-functional teams to launch products and manage product lifecycles.  Mentored and managed new marketing team, as well as managed marketing agencies.  Goldline Controls was acquired by Hayward Pool Products.
