Re-positioning all sub-brands for acquired divisions under the Hayward brand.  Effectively launched the company’s new commercial division, rolling it up under the Hayward brand.  Directed company-wide public relations and advertising launching Hayward’s first direct to consumer and commercial campaigns.  Hired, nurtured and managed company’s first digital marketing team and digital and traditional marketing agencies.
