Daily Duties at Lexis Nexis:
The Point person for the integration of Lync\Skype for Business into the LexisNexis Desktop Enterprise environment. Was the Administrator for the Avaya PBX, WSUS, Citrix, and Veritas backups. Provided Level II and Level III Desktop Support. Responsible for all Avaya PBX Administration that included 3 Call Centers. Configured iPhones with Outlook functionality and utilized MobileIron for cell phone security. Worked with various vendors for ordering and maintaining, computer, laptop and cell phone equipment.
