Daily Duties at Lufthansa Systems Americas :

I was responsible for all aspects of strategic business development with various US cargo carriers. I handled all business arrangements with the customer, incl. new product sales, contract management, crisis management, and all relationships with the clients’ Executive Management and technical teams, as well as internal and external delivery and services teams. My objective was to implement the company’s sales strategy to extend our offerings across all of the customers’ business divisions based on the operational foothold.
