Daily Duties at Apex Systems Contractor At Comcast:
Working in a Team environment that is responsible for support of the infrastructure Telecom needs of the Western Division of Comcast. Responsible for resolving Remedy Telecom tickets for multiple sites consolidated in 6 PBX Switches and meeting the SLA guidelines. Work with Avaya Site Administration, Aura Messaging, AVST Messaging and Modular Messaging. This is primarily an IP telephony environment, however a few sites still have Digital Phones. Also work with Avaya CMS, EMS, Uptivity and OneCTI. Responsible for telephony hardware inventory and the recycling of legacy equipment.
