Responsible for managing projects from the point of client commitment to the purchase of the system through the system go live or all project related items are delivered in full. • Managed multiple projects at once including: Membership, Mobile, Web store, Retail interface to the Gateway system, System upgrades. Major clients included: Disney, Universal Orlando, San Diego Zoo, and Ski Dubai. • Managed all Gateway and client resources in coordination of the projects which followed SDLC methodology using Agile and Waterfall processes. • Presented at IAAPA in 2012 and 2013. The presentation topics included: Mobile technology and Admission Fraud / Loss Prevention & Theft Best Practices.
