Responsible for all business projects and implementation of efficient solutions to streamline business processes and communication to policyholders. • Managed the headquarter move from Orlando to Palm Beach Gardens which included: build out of 18,648 sq. ft. new office, IT infrastructure, and close out of the existing headquarters • Designed and launched SharePoint intranet site which improved communication with the organization. • Product managed OICONNECT insured portal including design, functionality and developed.
