Developed, planned, and scheduled project proposals supporting the Virginia Information Technologies Agency (VITA). Compiled cost, schedule, and technical elements in the development of proposals in accordance with request for proposal (RFP) specifications. Coordinated the collection and accumulation of cost, scheduling, and performance elements from functional departments. Researched and analyzed historical data, developing cost models to support proposal efforts. Coordinated activities and participated in fact-finding meetings. Participated in statement of work (SOW) and pricing reviews with management and customer representatives
