Daily Duties at Halliburton:
Promoted and encouraged safety and service quality. Managed financial scope of $30M to $50M and profit / loss / ROI and corrective actions. Championed implementation of new technology within Product Service Line (PSL). Coordinated and assisted with Correction, Prevention, and Improvement (CPI) process. Investigated and performed follow up activities on unplanned events and / or problem jobs. Investigated accidents, injuries and incidents. Coordinated hiring process for assigned PSL; in concert with Human Resources. Interfaced and supervised effectively with engineering and Service Coordinators. Directed Field Service Manager (FSM), Cement Plant Manager, and Field Employee Development Coordinator (FEDC) pursuant to employee development and evaluation issues. Managed 126 employees including leadership, operations, sales, cement lab, cement bulk plant, facility and equipment maintenance staff, involved in job design, engineering, execution, documentation, and follow up activities.
