Daily Duties at Bounce Back Fitness:
Assists in business development and networking. Conduct negotiations between real estate broker and landlords for future locations. Review, modify, and draft commercial leases. Conduct and supervise final lease signings. Formulate separate limited liability corporations for each location. Open accounts accordingly and set up payroll for employed staff members at each location.
