Daily Duties at St. Francis Career College Dba St. Francis Medical Center:
Responsible for the general welfare of SFCC-Lynwood Main Campus, and San Jose Branch campus and its members, (2) oversees general operations of SFCC-LMC/SJBC, (2) directs operational activities of the college, (3) leads the strategic planning process, (4) ensures community access of the campus through enhanced marketing strategies, (5) recommends rebuilding or expansion of physical infrastructure; (6) recommends reorganization of operational infrastructure; (7) ensures compliance with licensing and accrediting agencies and that all operational activities support SFMC/Daughters of Charity Health System mission, philosophy, and strategic objectives; (8) provides ongoing leadership in the areas of academic and financial accountability, (9) represents the interest of SFCC-LMC/SJBC by serving on key committees as appropriate, and (10) serves as official liaisons between the Chancellor and Deans.
