Daily Duties at Silver Eagle Refining:
Controlled Capital Budgets for two refinery sites. Managed budgets of up to $10 million dollars to maintain facility safety and profitability. Completed projects ranging from small $15,000 piping projects to a $3.5 million railway car loading operation. Provided project oversight including planning development, bidding and project management. Directed union and nonunion contractors and conducted inspections audits.
