Daily Duties at Virtua Health System:

Supervision and accountability for second and third shifts at Marlton division, in addition to doing bench work in each department. As the team leader the goal is to create a cohesive group that works together to provide accurate and timely laboratory analysis so that primary care givers can diagnosis and treat clients appropriately. Another priority is to improve communication between immediate staff members and the clients we serve.
