• Provided strategic guidance to Executive and Operations Leadership teams with application and interpretation of policies, procedures, practices, and Federal and State labor laws. Created and updated organizational policies and processes as necessary or directed. • Investigated Employee and Labor Relations issues and provide appropriate actions in order to offer resolutions including discipline, performance management, and involuntary employee actions. • Developed compensation plans that aligned with talent acquisition and retention strategies, maintained up-to-date job descriptions, and current market valuations. • Collaborated with leadership to identify and develop organizational structures and competencies. • Served as Change Management Liaison for major organizational changes. • Authored and facilitated training programs in Leadership Development, Change Management, Talent Acquisition, Compliance, and Personnel Policies and Procedures. • Developed annual Affirmative Action Plan. Assisted leadership team in achieving annual AA goals through diversified recruitment strategies, internal education and succession planning activities. • Created, identified, and analyzed HR reporting metrics used to identify opportunities and work with leadership to create solutions. • Managed the interactive component of disability, leave and FMLA programs. • Negotiated, identified and managed organization’s medical insurance and ancillary benefit offerings. Consistently produced annual cost saving of 10-15% through effective negotiations and creative plan design. • Served as 401k Plan Administrator; assisted in managing the assets of $13 million dollar plan. Successfully completed DOL Audit. • Determined and coordinated employee relations and engagement activities and community philanthropy.
