Directed overall clientele experience as it related to service, amenities, and convenience of the FBO. Managed customer expectations, focusing on the needs of transient pilots and corporate clientele as well as fixed based pilots and aircraft. Maintained terminal facilities, grounds, runway, and hangers. Controlled quality assurance of fueling equipment and procedures.
