1.Manage Finance and Accounts department. 2. Set up procedures for HR, Purchases and Imports. 3. Prepare .budgets. 4. Prepare yearly and five yearly Business Plans. 5. Oversee the HR, Imports and Logistic Departments. 6. Finalise the yearly accounts for management and Auditors. 7. Represent the Joint venture companies as Management member or Director on the Board of Directors. 8. Report to the Board of Directors the finance positions and reasons for any variances. 9. Manage Bank accounts.
