Daily Duties at Kimberly Clark/ I Flow Corporation:
Maintenance and growth of direct and indirect sales in newly aligned Central IL territory. Accountable for surgical case coverage and physician education/in-servicing on product per DFU. Education/in-servicing on product and post-surgical patient care to all nursing staff involved with patient care as well as ancillary departments. Educate pharmacy on pump filling and maintenance per health care compliance regulations. Work in collaboration with Marketing and management on evidence base outcome studies (EBOS). Support regional trade shows. Support company educational lunches and dinners. Educational resource to physicians by way of preceptors, WebEx, and educational centers to provide updated practices and procedures. Seek out innovative ways to continue growth and development of physician relationships while maintaining health care compliance regulations. 2010 quota achiever. Finished top 12% in company overall with 165% growth. 2011 top 30% Clinical Specialist (May 07-Apr 09) Duties included all the above. Worked in conjunction with three territory managers within their accounts. Coverage included south suburbs of Chicago to Central IL.
