•Performed audits on diverse portfolio including financial services, mortgage, investment companies and pension schemes by applying technical knowledge of IFRSs and US GAAP. •Supervised field audit engagements of small and medium size companies and worked as experienced staff on large complex engagement •Plan and coordinate the various phases of the fieldwork such as staff requirements, time budgets, risk assessment, audit programs, and financial statements preparation. •Coached and reviewed work of junior accountants and completed appraisals •Performed extensive reviews on clients internal control systems and identifying areas for improvements. •Generated management letters and follow up with clientele for feedback
