Headed service program rollout involving facility-wide changes. • Saved $80K in annual unemployment compensation payments through optimal recruitment, discipline, and documentation for management of unemployment claims. • Managed EEOC claim to low settlement rate. • Decreased annual turnover by 50% within 2 years through implementation of interviewing guides, improvement of interviewing processes, and selection of appropriate candidates. • Increased customer service scores by 10% in 1 month through design and delivery of facility-wide customer service training program. • Reduced annual injuries from 12 to 3 at end of first year of tenure through launch and execution of safety incentive programs, improved safety culture, and consistent safety meetings.
