Daily Duties at Kellogg's Snacks:

Demonstrated exceptional leadership of Crew Schedulers/HR Generalists while participating in control of $4.7M budget. Provided coaching and counseling, investigations, job descriptions, recruitment, orientation, evaluations, corrective actions, terminations, & compensation and benefits administration, Launched Engagement Committee, created and delivered proper Investigation & Disciplinary Administration training to salaried team, and overhauled orientation program. Optimized use of new HRIS system, and headed site’s development of hourly applicant tracking system. Achieved successful OFCCP desk audit and SQF food safety audit. • Realized annual savings of $41K through design and execution of cost savings project. • Participated in headcount reductions with 0 lay-offs, achieved one of lowest turnover rates at 6%, and secured one of highest team member satisfaction ratings on annual basis. • Facilitated 0 new EEO claims through investigations engagement. • Attained significant savings of time and increase in accuracy among staff through update & organization of hourly wage chart, file document coding system, and training guides. Human Resources Coordinator (2006-2010) Achieved excellence through oversight of recruiting, interviewing, and pre-hire processes, FMLA and STD leaves, and performed HR Generalist’s duties (2006-2009). • Participated in leadership of electronic I-9 system conversion. • Improved processing of salaried interview candidates with creation of instructional welcome letter. • Added as many as 60 staff within 3 months for expanded business operations. • Drafted and delivered Harassment training program to Managers. • Authored site’s winning nomination for Kellogg North America 2008 “People, Passion, Pride Award”.
