Provided coaching & counseling to line management on full gamut of human resources and labor issues, while supporting 500 employees at multiple sites. Advised on proper level of discipline for all matters requiring corrective action. Supported grievance resolution process at each step based on MARC labor relations principles. Conducted thorough ethics & other investigations, exit interviews, & salaried candidate interviews as needed. Performed needed org changes and maintained accurate PeopleSoft records in discipline & grievance databases. Attended meetings, conference calls, and training programs. • Conducted Consensus call training for FLS supervisory group; created 2 consensus call FLS resources. • Participated in Meter Reader Career Day event to educate associates on ComEd career paths. • Created I-9 Acceptable I.D.’s frequently asked questions document for I-9 project. • Completed Visier data analytics, I-9 audit, FBI investigation, & IL pregnancy law training.
