Daily Duties at Aryzta, Llc:
Provided coaching and counseling to line management on wide array of HR issues, while supporting 250 payroll and 550 temporary employees. Performed weekly ADP/e-Time payroll processing duties, including PTO requests, incentive pay, and labor reports. Maintained accurate employee data in SuccessFactors system. Performed recruiting activities and conducted interviews. Conducted thorough and effective investigations on wide array of issues, lead new hire orientations, and conducted exit interviews. • Enhanced site’s recruiting efforts through new and creative, cost effective methods. • Improved orientation program to include in-depth handbook policies, safety expectations and benefits discussion. • Maintained onsite HR presence through ongoing production floor visits and daily team member interactions.
