Daily Duties at Biogen:
• Manage patient accounts and educate patients on Biogen Multiple Sclerosis (MS) medications • Act as a liaison with regional health care providers, service partners and other patient service workgroups to eliminate obstacles that would prevent patients from getting started on therapy in an expeditious manner • Assist patients and health care professionals concerning MS and various therapies in accordance with FDA guidelines • Recorded therapy related issues, product complaints, and adverse events for FDA submittal • Followed FDA regulations and company standard operating procedures to ensure 100% Compliance • Facilitated teambuilding activities to elevate team dynamics • Forecasted potential trends with processes and procedures to leadership in order to proactively avoid miscommunications within the department
