Daily Duties at Target:
Help run a business that generates sales of about $60 milliion and 200 team membeers. Lead of team of 30-80 team members through four different departments. Lead the team to incorporate digital routines into store culture, champion new technology and processes to drive sales. Work with the team and guests to ensure an amazing experience at all times; respond to dissatisfied guests, pricing, service, and in-stock issues. Hire, train, coach, and develop team members. Create and analyze schedules throughout 4 departments. Lead a culture of sales and expense financial accountability by leveraging tools, reports and processes to meet or beat payroll goals.
