Optimized the steelmaking process by developing and maintaining robust multidisciplinary working relationships with numerous internal USS teams. Safeguarded company profit through meticulous review of corporate deductions and overpayments. Enhanced mill booking efficiency by implementing a standard operating procedure for supply chain managers to follow when booking steelmaking facilities, involving collaboration with mill personnel and the customer base. Consistently met or exceeded all annual performance evaluations
