• Managed all HR related functions for large multi-site/service hotel, with both unionized and non-unionzed employees, including payroll, benefits, open enrollment, training and development, full-cycle recruiting, etc. • Supervised other HR functions and clerical professionals. • Advised management regarding policies and programs including recruitment and employment, personnel records, employee and/or labor relations, performance management, compensation management, benefits administration, training, AAP/EEO and special projects.
