Daily Duties at Us Diocese:

• Responsible for handling all processes, documents and data associated with the selection process of candidates and the on-boarding of new talents and volunteers in full-cycle recruiting; Plans and conducts new talent orientation; • Provide guidance/advise to management regarding human resources principles, techniques and practices; • Responsible for the development, communication and interpretation of all HR policies and procedures; • Respond to talent and management inquiries regarding specific policies, procedures, and programs; facilitating the resolution of talent relations issues and investigations; • Manage talent relations and develop and implement talent recognition initiatives; • Develop and administer performance management/evaluation process; • Ensure compliance with required federal, state and local labor and employment laws and regulations; • Maintain a program of career development and training.
