Administered grants and budgets for web-based continuing education activities; target audience of 250,000 physicians. Developed and implemented standard operating procedures (SOPs), project management procedures, and maintenance plans for web applications. Spearhead web initiatives to enable clients to track satellite symposia, meetings, continuing medical education (CME), promotional medical education (PME), and tactical planning activities. Clients includied: BMS, AstraZeneca, Abbott, Sanofi Aventis, Ortho Biotech, Wyeth Pharmaceuticals, Alpharma, and Eli Lilly. Established online university to track CME activities for 250,000 doctors and enabled self-service of certificate generation and fulfillment. Increased awareness of internal accreditation brand by focusing website traffic through e-marketing channels and traditional mail campaigns. Instituted ticket system to track and report internal application bugs. Decresed resolution time by 20%. Participated in new business development and marketing initiatives. Supervised staff of 10, plus 15 onshore and offshore contract personnel.
