Daily Duties at Screen Spe:

Managed 7X24 staff of 32 FSE’s. Directed the coordination of technical and administrative support activities including machine installation, repair, preventative maintenance, and engineering change upgrades of 40 tools. Ensured adequate records and systems are maintained. Scheduled personnel and support coverage of 60 FSE’s. Selected, developed, and evaluated personnel to ensure the efficient operation of the service and support function. Coordinated communication with design management and specialists in resolving technical problems and bringing problems to the design department’s attention across 4 platforms. Escalated to appropriate departments for resources and other support and managed the escalation for D1D, RP1, and AFO factories.
