Daily Duties at Vanderbilt University Medical Center:
Supervision of direct reporting FTE’s Interface and Coordination with Senior Management Team and all aspects of hospital operations. Operationalize case management department to achieve discharge targets, discharge destination, and LOS that are compliant with CMS guidelines. Identify areas of risk compliance and work collaboratively with hospital leadership to elminate or mediate compliance risk
