Daily Duties at Wamsutta / Springs Industries:

Led a team of designers, advertising and public relations professionals and directed our national advertising efforts. Responsible for managing the package design, sales and promotional materials and point - of - purchase display materials as well as our public relations efforts. My role was to act as liaison between designers, marketing and sales and manufacturing, working closely with all of our customers to maximize sales as a part of a total brand expansion strategy. As Director of Creative services I was responsible for the design and new product development processes from concept through production for all of the division’s brands and products managing the design and production of the packaging materials, graphics and marketing materials to ensure the maximum integration of our marketing efforts. Developed and managed the design of licensed lines, including Disney, Winterthur, and Royal Doulton. As Product Manager Responsible for managing the bedspread and window fashion merchandising, sales and development, production, and administration including inventory, costing and margins.
