Daily Duties at Km Property Management :
• Evaluate portfolio and assets on a quarterly basis. • Purchase investment properties for long term profits. • Manage delinquent payments and collection accounts. • Provide quarterly inspections on properties as required • Manage advertisement through various property websites. • Construct and execute lease agreement contracts for tenants. • Provide Audit Recoupment for collections and unpaid expenses. • Manage all activities with contractors for property maintenance. • Evaluate each investment annually through asset ranking hold/sell analyses. • Maintain industry knowledge; including capital markets activity and benchmark related news.
