Daily Duties at Kitco Defense:

VP of Contracts, Engineering, Program Management, Sales an Supply Chain. Drove business strategies with customers and marketing team to increase business capture probability and ensure contract execution with maximum Gross Margin at bid. Strategically negotiate and manager supplier base to drive cost and schedule improvements and improve ROS. Manage processes, inventory, operations and overhead budgets to increase EBITA (Earnings Before Income Tax Depreciation Amortization) on every contract. Define and shape growth of the company through improving market penetration, development of new markets and active participation in recommendations and analysis for corporate acquisitions, • Gross Margin and Profit responsibility for all proposal and capture initiatives for the company. • ROS, EBITDA, and On-Time-Delivery responsibility for execution of all contracts. • Turn-Rates, Depreciation, and Cost Management responsibility for all assets and inventory. • Customer Interface & Satisfaction across all Customers; OEMs, 2nd Tier OEMs, DoD, multiple foreign customers, and commercial customers.
