As a Sr. Research Manager at Maritz, my role involved leading a team of research professionals that included project managers, IT personnel, data scientists, and others in the creation and implementation of research across a variety of industries, with primary focus on the financial services industry. Studies included branding and customer satisfaction in both qualitative and quantitative arenas.
