Daily Duties at Automobile Club Of Southern California:
• Concurrently managed seven projects for over 250 Change Requests submitted by clients in Marketing, Automotive Services, Product Management, Controller, Insurance Sales and other business areas. Performed and supervised Change Request administration, customer needs analysis and requirements gathering, estimating, prioritization, resource and budget allocation, timely status updates to Business and IT management, testing, training and implementation, release scheduling. • Successfully led all System Development Life Cycle phases for multiple medium and large size projects (up to 30 resources per project) for Emergency Road and Automotive Services utilizing Agile development methodologies. Projects included mainframe, .NET and multi-platform development. Special emphasis made on managing project scope, change and risk control. • Maintained and supported Emergency Road Service and Insurance systems and their interfaces with Automotive Services, Marketing, Membership, Internet, Finance and MRM (Member Relationship Management) Portal systems. • Provided user support to Membership, Finance, Insurance Sales and Marketing departments.
