• Performed Requirements gathering, JAD session facilitating and Business Analysis for IT Marketing team’s new multi-platform projects; maintained SOX compliance documentation, developed and maintained Microsoft Project plans and business process flows. • Worked with vendors Maritz, Minacs, Urban Science, Arkona and etc. on interfaces for MyMazda iPhone and Android apps, MCI CEP (customer survey program for Canada), MTA (Mazda Total Advantage maintenance plan), ServiceSmarts (customer loyalty analytics) and others. • Managed and provided guidance to two vendor teams (WIPRO and Interra/onsite and off-shore) conducting production support for Siebel CRM, Tidal scheduling and mainframe applications for US and Canada systems. • Managed and maintained data for SaaS cloud-based applications: Mazda's Quick Touch - customer satisfaction survey system hosted by Maritz Research and RPM – dealer employee Reward Program Management system hosted by ITA Group. • Provided support for Helpdesk, Business Users and Dealerships in US and Canada.
