Daily Duties at Screen Spe:

Directed staff of 30 Field Service Engineers for G450C in Albany and Global Foundries in Malta.Ensured development of 450mm equipment was on schedule and supported College of Nano-Science Engineering. Provided customer service support for 65 semiconductor processing equipment tools. This role required management and tracking of new tool installs, modifications and continuous improvement projects. It required time card, expense report, I-9 verification, interviewing, hiring, disciplining, training, and performance review administration and tracking. It also required data analysis, reporting and presentation of equipment metrics for internal and customer executive staff. This role also required implementation of processes and projects to improve customer service which included CoHE, SharePoint, Document Control, Good catch/Near miss, SMBWA, respirator certification, and Pre-task Plan audits.
