• Managed the development and implementation of financial and banking applications for the Latin America corporate and consumer banks. • Responsible for program management and technical efforts, including project planning, budgets, requirements analysis, system design, vendor selection, and implementation. Major projects were as follows: • Managed the development and implementation of the Global Relationship Banking program, to manage customer relationships over all banking products in the country of Mexico. • Program Manager for the implementation and support of the PeopleSoft HRMS package in five Latin America countries. • Program Manager for the development and implementation of a data warehouse to support Credit, Sales, and Marketing programs for all Latin America businesses. • Developed future architecture strategies and plans for migrating from the current to the future information systems environments for all Citicorp banking and financial applications. • Member of the global Citibank security architecture task force to develop requirements and to define common technical solutions for use throughout the organization.
