Led major programs and projects in the development, implementation, and support of custom mortgage business applications and packaged software. Worked closely with business partners and managed vendor relationships. • Directed functional IT groups with a team of over 35 staff, including applications development, database administration, systems administration, data warehouse reporting, and client services. • Managed departmental budgets, recruiting, vendor relationships, applications, and customer support. Major accomplishments were: • Delivered document imaging and indexing applications using OnBase, Kofax, Oracle, Documentum, Captiva, Websphere, and EMC SAN technologies, and provided integration with existing applications to support the loan purchasing process. Delivered migration from OnBase to EMC Documentum. Developed requirements, design documentation, reengineered business processes, and performed technical design. Worked closely with customer and vendors to communicate issues, resolve problems, and implement requested changes. • Led the development of mortgage applications for loan purchasing, warehouse lending, and the delivery of mortgage related services. Worked with business partners to integrate services in their products. • Implemented enterprise level data warehouse, developed ETL solutions, custom business intelligence reporting applications, and numerous web-based reports using SQL Server and reporting tools to deliver timely feedback on business performance. • Implemented Siebel, Salesforce.com, and ACT! CRM tools and environment to support the sales process. Customized the application and developed interfaces to legacy applications to support business requirements. • Led offshore services organization for Production Technologies division. Managed vendor relationships, and coordinated all offshore activities for over 300 offshore staff. • Developed enterprise architecture and strategy for future systems, technologies, and applications including BPM, Enterprise Content Management, CRM, SOA, Cloud Computing, security, and web services. • Managed the production support of the systems infrastructure and applications on a 24x7 basis. Implemented disaster recovery environment and business continuity processes. Developed service level agreements and monitored systems performance using ITIL processes. • Monitored and ensured compliance with audit requirements and regulations, such as SOX, COBIT, and GAAP, and supported risk assessment and audit activities. Managed IT governance processes. • Delivered client services support for desktop systems, applications, and telephony systems for over 1500 users. • Managed applications development in the following environments: VB, Java, C#, .NET, SQL Server, Oracle, Windows, and UNIX. Developed test plans and coordinated testing efforts.
