Daily Duties at Thomas Data Systems:
Provide information technology project management, architecture, and consulting services for applications development, systems integration, and packaged software implementations. Make recommendations for the appropriate insertion of advanced technologies and change management. Deliver projects using agile methodologies. Consulting engagements include the following: • Deliver content management, mortgage loan origination system, loan servicing, investor reporting, insurance claims processing, and data warehouse/business intelligence projects. Define and develop business rules, workflow capabilities, and customer experience. Implement infrastructure server, storage, and network components to provide scalable and robust environments. Project delivery customers include Dorado Software, PennyMac, BMO Harris, Liberty Mutual, Hess Oil, Fannie Mae, Bank of America, Mountain West Financial, Black & Veatch, and Pacific Gas and Electric. • Develop requirements and optimize operations processes using business rules, content management, BPM, ETL, SOA, Cloud Computing, IT security, and business intelligence/data warehouse solutions. Assess and transform business processes and prepare organization for change. Develop and document IT architectures within a cloud and virtualization environment. Deliver applications according to SDLC and change management processes. • Develop enterprise architectures and technology strategies. Perform requirements analyses and technology assessments. Define standards and architectural blueprints for the enterprise. • Key technology implementation experience: Loan origination: NetOxygen, Encompass; Content Management: Documentum, Captiva, OnBase, BlitzDocs, Expere; Business Intelligence: Cognos; CRM: Siebel, Salesforce.
