Daily Duties at Baker & Mc Kenzie:
- Drafting and proofreading of opinions and employment contracts. - Lead of more than 100 labor lawsuits, achieving favorable results for clients in oil, food, telecommunication, construction, health, banking and pharmaceutical areas. - Attendance to preliminary, judgment, appeal, and cassation hearings at labor courts, including the Supreme Court of Justice. - Drafting and proofreading of evidence briefs, response to complaint briefs, labor settlement agreements, and other legal documents. - Establishment of negotiation strategies with clients and management of legal fees.
